Third solution: Reinstall Viber, delete it, and install again.

Fourth solution: Restart your phone

You should restart your phone(Androdi, iPhone, Windows) at least one time in week so it can be in good state and without crashing.

Fifth solution: Update your operating system (iOS, Androdi or Windows 10)


If your device is not upgraded to the newest iOS version, or Androd or Windows, maybe that is causing the problem. As always, before you start with updating, make sure to back up all your files. The simplest way to perform the task is wirelessly. Connect your iPhone to a power source, and go to Settings, click on General, then on Software Update. Choose Download and Install.
